WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS INCLUDING VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. MOST ITEMS WILL SHIP IMMEDIATELY, PROVIDED THE ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK, A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR ITEMS NOT IN STOCK ARE BETWEEN 6-8 WEEKS FOR CLASSIC PIECES. IF THE ITEM IS READY BEFORE THE ALLOTTED WINDOW, THE ITEM WILL SHIP AS SOON AS IT IS COMPLETE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS AND SENT THE TRACKING INFORMATION.
ORDERS PLACED DURING HOLIDAY SEASONS OR WHEN THERE IS A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS CAN TAKE LONGER THAT THE ALLOTTED TIME WINDOW. A SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF THE PRODUCTION TIME IS LONGER THAN USUAL.

REPAIRS
AT EVA FEHREN QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP IS OF OUR UTMOST CONCERN. IF YOU SHOULD EXPERIENCE THE NEED FOR REPAIR ON ANY PIECE OF EVA FEHREN JEWELRY PLEASE CONTACT REPAIRS@EVAFEHREN.COM. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, ORDER NUMBER AND REPAIR ISSUE. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A REPAIR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WHICH MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED ON THE PACKAGE.
EVA FEHREN WILL REPAIR AT NO CHARGE ANY BREAKAGE CAUSED BY MANUFACTURER DEFECT WITHIN 120 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. REPAIRS NEEDED AFTER 120 DAYS OR DEEMED TO BE CAUSED BY MISUSE WILL INCUR A REPAIR CHARGE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. REPAIRS WILL BE ASSESSED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO THE REPAIR PROCESS BEGINNING.
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPTS REPAIRS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON EVAFEHREN.COM. REPAIRS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT ONE OF OUR RETAILERS MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH THE ORIGINAL POINT OF PURCHASE AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE STUDIO.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax is applicable
on all orders shipped within New York at the current local rate. For international sales, local duties and fees will apply whenever applicable at the most current rates.
WARRANTY
EVA FEHREN STANDS BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEES ALL ITEMS BE FREE FROM MANUFACTURING DEFECTS FOR THE LIFE OF THE PIECE. SHOULD YOU FIND YOUR ITEM TO HAVE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, IT MAY BE RETURNED TO US FOR FURTHER EVALUATION. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WE WILL REPAIR THE MERCHANDISE OR REPLACE THE ITEM IF NECESSARY.
IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE DAMAGE OR ISSUE IS NOT CAUSED BY MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF ANY REPAIR COSTS OR ANY OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING.
SINCE ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE MADE BY HAND, IT MUST BE NOTED THAT THERE WILL ALMOST ALWAYS BE MINISCULE IRREGULARITIES AND/OR SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN CRAFTSMANSHIP. THESE CHARACTERISTICS ARE UNIQUE TO YOUR ITEM AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTS.
HAVING YOUR RING INSPECTED ON A REGULAR BASIS CAN EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR JEWELRY. ANY REPAIRS WILL BE BILLED AT COST, AND WILL BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO MOVING FORWARD WITH REPAIR. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TO OUR NEW YORK STUDIO.
OUR WARRANTY AND SERVICES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND APPLY ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
ANY SERVICING DONE TO YOUR RING OUTSIDE OF EVA FEHREN WILL CANCEL THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY.
EVA FEHREN WILL NOT PROVIDE WARRANTIES FOR DAMAGE DUE TO EVERYDAY WEAR, LOSS OR THEFT. WE RECOMMEND INSURING ALL OF YOUR JEWELRY PURCHASES THROUGH A LICENSED INSURER.

PROPERLY CLEANING AND CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY WILL NOT ONLY MAKE IT SPARKLY AND MORE VIBRANT BUT WILL AVOID CAUSING ANY DAMAGE. BELOW ARE THE RECOMMENDED CARE AND CLEANING FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF JEWELRY OFFERED.
DIAMOND JEWELRY - USING A CLEAN COTTON OR MICROFIBER CLOTH GENTLY RUB THE ITEM TO REMOVE ANY DUST OR DEBRIS, THEN SOAK THE ITEM IN A MIXTURE OF DISHWASHING SOAP AND WARM WATER FOR 15 MINUTES AND GENTLY BRUSH WITH A CHILDRENS SOFT TOOTHBRUSH TO REMOVE ANY DIRT OR BUILDUP. RINSE WITH WARM WATER AND SET ASIDE TO DRY. ALTERNATIVELY, DIAMOND AND GOLD OR PLATINUM JEWELRY MAY BE PUT IN A SONIC CLEANSER, BUT WE DISCOURAGE USING THIS METHOD TOO FREQUENTLY.
COLORED STONES - COLORED STONES SHOULD NEVER BE CLEANED WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN DISHWASHING SOAP AND WARM WATER USING THE SAME METHOD AS FOR DIAMOND JEWELRY. BECAUSE THESE STONES TEND TO BE SOFTER THAN DIAMONDS ONE SHOULDN'T BRUSH TOO VIGOROUSLY OTHERWISE SCRATCHES CAN OCCUR. COLORED STONE ITEMS SHOULD NEVER BE PLACED IN A SONIC MACHINE.
ENAMEL JEWELRY - ENAMEL JEWELRY CAN BE WIPED CLEAN WITH A CLEAN COTTON OR MICROFIBRE CLOTH TO REMOVE ANY BUILDUP. WE RECOMMEND REMOVING ANY ENAMEL JEWELRY BEFORE SWIMMING AND/OR SHOWERING/BATHING AS WATER CAN GET BETWEEN THE METAL AND ENAMEL AND CAUSE THE ENAMEL TO PEEL. THESE PIECES SHOULD NEVER BE PUT IN A SONIC MACHINE.
POWDER COATed STEEL - POWDER COATED STEEL PIECES CAN SIMPLY BE WIPED CLEAN WITH A CLEAN COTTON OR MICROFIBRE CLOTH. THESE PIECES CAN BE WORN IN WATER.
STORAGE - WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STORING YOUR EVA FEHREN JEWELRY IN SOME SORT OF PADDED BOX OR POUCH ONE PIECE PER COMPARTMENT TO PREVENT METALS AND STONES FROM RUBBING AGAINST ONE ANOTHER AND SCRATCHING THE METAL AND/OR STONES.
